When time bound tasks arise, it can be worth taking a moment to take control of the task in hand rather than jump into the task. I like to think of this as taking control of work as opposed to work taking control of you
I am a big believer in journals. They can help switch the mind off at night and they are a useful coaching aid - if you have a goal of increaing social interaction but are not writing anything down at the end of the day, hopefully this acts as a prompt / kick up the backside!
Sleep - you have seen how relatively small amount of alcohol can influence sleep
Exercise - at the moment you are not really engaging in regular health promoting physical activity. When you move this might be something you look to re-engage with.
Social - hopefully you find the vision, purpose, strategy traingle useful. There are a number of quick wins that we discussed - if you haven't started to act on these by the end of the week then they are either not that important or you need to revisit WHY this is important to you - create a strong emotional attachment at habits start to form.
