Getting off the tube one stop early and ensuring I walk briskly for 15 mins each working day
Play squash by end of April – and research squash options
Go to bed an hour earlier
Not drink strongly caffeinated drinks after midday
Turn off my laptop and phone 2 hours before bed time.
By end of March I will have discussed with my boss working from home once a week
Tell team that I plan to leave on time three times a week
Discuss holiday with partner and book by the end of April

I will use my Fitbit to measure my sleep and my active minutes each day
Use the tracker on my Headspace app that I can then show to and discuss with my coach
