Physical Activity:
- Getting off the tube one stop early and ensuring I walk briskly for 15 mins each working day
- Play squash by end of April – and research squash options
Sleep:
- Go to bed an hour earlier
- Not drink strongly caffeinated drinks after midday
- Turn off my laptop and phone 2 hours before bed time.
By end of March I will have discussed with my boss working from home once a week
- Tell team that I plan to leave on time three times a week
Discuss holiday with partner and book by the end of April

- I will use my Fitbit to measure my sleep and my active minutes each day
- Use the tracker on my Headspace app that I can then show to and discuss with my coach
- Book shifts at the foodbank in my diary
- Changed work plan
