Don't underestimate the value of meditation and / or a power nap. Both of these allow us to momentarily detach from the demands of work, get back in the moment and kick on with energy
Also would be good for you to reflect back on those moments of green you got during the day and see what you were working on then.
Try and be more mindful as to why you are exercising and then execute a plan that reflects the goal. If you are looking at improving fitness then you may need to work a bit harder than the exercise seen when wearing the monitor
Also remember the importance of prehydration and nutrition, especially if exercising at the back end of the day
Who will support me and hold me accountable for each of these areas?

How will I measure whether I have successfully made these changes?
At the time of your next audit feel more in control of both work and training - this may be a long way off but it is a definite moment and interesting that you were wearing the monitor at that time.
